I noticed that technicians can "see" the active surveys and even maybe modify the note (a bit weird)
Indeed, as a technician you can see the active surveys in the personal tab and access them (there is a "Save" Button too)
I did not test if the save button is really functional, but is it possible to hide these ? (in the personal tab and the access)

I confirm the save button is working, and I suspect that the technician in question created the ticket (for the user).
So it would be logical that the survey answer can only come from the requester (not the owner too), is it modifiable ?

No ideas on that ? (or where to patch to avoid the owner to interact with the survey)
