Field plugin on V10

hello,

I tested the Field plug in and actually its only working on the cloud version but with bug (field are addeed "after" submit button and not before)

Any of you have better result ? Seems hard to change our V9 to V10

And i just seen that the responsive design is not working at all

Is it me or plug in have actually hard time to work well on V10 ?

It works (now it's "before" submit button") but the responsive design is not working well (depending of your window size, it's not well centered)
