[SOLVED] information request about ticket

Hello ,
in old version of glpi there was a part called "processing ticket" to make tickets resoleved I want to know where can i find the equivalent of processing ticket in glpi 10 beacause I didn't find it and I don't know how to make ticket as solve

I found it there was a small arrow  in "answer" button
