Ticket with new status is visible to all groups

Good Morning

I'm using GLPI version 10 for testing, but apparently a ticket with new status is visible to all groups.

Could this be a bug or some wrong configuration? What should be changed for this not to happen?

Possibly it is due to the "assign" option of the profile, but is there any way that this profile can assign tickets, but not see tickets with this status that are in other groups?

Yes, I also noticed this.

If change status to "assigned", the ticket get correct group visibility. But I don`t want assign tech automatically

GLPI 10.1.0 will come with a new permission for "View new tickets". The assign permission on its own won't let users see every new ticket anymore.
