I'm using version 10.0.1 for testing.
I would like to assign tickets between groups (leaving one group's queue and joining another), but when this assignment is made, I get a message "You do not have permission to perform this action."
The ticket is actually assigned to the destination group, but the informed message appears.
I even tried to use the escalade plugin for suggestions, but the problem was not solved.
Using the plugin, I included the groups that could send between them, but the problem remained.
The error does not appear when I access the Profile and check the option "See all tickets" in the "Assistance" menu, in the "Tickets" section, however, by checking this option, users with this profile can see all tickets from other groups , however this is not something I would need.
Is there any configuration to be done for this error not to be displayed?
