Ticket Followup section - Messages Layout

Would it be possible to have the messages in the Ticket Followup section to flow LEFT/RIGHT group by user's replied as show in following screenshot?

Currently my layout seems like ALL messages flow to the LEFT.

It should be that if a user is a requester then their responses show on the left. Otherwise, if the user is assigned, they are on the right.
If a user is not a requester, assigned, or an observer, their responses should be on the left.
