I'm relatively new to GLPI, but I just got introduced to v10. I'm experiencing a behavior with notifications that I don't know whether it's by design, or potentially a bug. Anyways, here it goes....
- When a followup to a ticket is posted via the web interface, a notification goes out. It utilizes the "Ticket" notification template and includes the timeline entries correctly.
- When a follow up comes in via the email collector, it gets added to the ticket and a notification goes out as expected. However, in the notifications that are generated when the followup comes in via email, there is no timeline data in the notification.
From what I understand, the template that is used for the notification does not change based upon "where" the followup comes from.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
