business rule for ticket

Hello , I am using glpi10 ,I have 2 problems :
1) when a client want to add a ticket , he/she needs to select a watcher which I wish be affected automatically so i added business rule for ticket but it did not work :
- here is the config that I did : ( i want all the collaborators that exist in root entity have the same observer and tech )
   
   *Rule :
Logical operator: and
Active : yes
Use rule for : add/update

    *Criterion :
Criterion: Entity
Condition : is
Reason : EntityName

     *Actions :
Fields : watcher / tech
Action type : Assign
Value : watcher/tech Name

2) My second problem is when the client add a ticket his/her name dosen't appear in ticket's menu of the tech or the watcher , i have to affect it manualy hmm

I hope i can find a solution from you guys and thanks in advance smile

the first problem is solved ( I don't know how , yesterday I kept every thing like the config that i wrote in that previous comment XD) but the second is not
