Hello,
I just installed a new instance of GLPI but since the V10 stable is out, i wanted to use this.
First strange thing :
Now i can't see the username of the user in the tech dashboard. look : h-ttps://i.ibb.co/1zrV707/gl10b.jpg
I did a little test : if i use the standard interface i can "see" the username when the people create the ticket and it works but when i use the simplified interface i have what you see on the picture upside this txt.
Second thing :
in V9 i used to put a group for some users. Lets say user10 group is "gold". In V9 i used the "behavior plug in" to autofill (even if its not visible) the group of the user. So in the user dashboard i can see for each ticket which can of group are xxx user. look : h-ttps://i.ibb.co/T4w1LZY/gl10c.jpg (sadly for me the behavior plug in is not working in the V10). Let me add that i would like to see the group "autofill" and not selected by the user himself (i know with standard interface user can select but it's not my goal).
Both things are really important for me, i don't know if its a bug or ?

Ok about case 1 : i don't have the issue with the cloub version of GLPI.
Which kind of the setup can affect the name of the user on the admin dashboard ? Bug ? VErsion of sql ? or?
Ps : im at OVH provider in a private SQL db
