Does not display REQUESTER - REQUESTER in tickets.

Hello, does not display REQUESTER - REQUESTER in tickets pro created via simplified interface in version 10.0.0-rc3. Who can tell why this is? But if you create through the usual interface, then it calmly displays REQUESTER - REQUESTER.

hello, I have the same problem: for tickets opened by simplified interface, the REQUESTER field is not valued, this field should be valued automatically, is it possible?

This is a known bug that was fixed a while ago, but I don't know when the first bug fix version will be released (10.0.1).

The fix can however be found here:
