[GLPI-9.5.5}_Setup Receiver (Gmail) not working

Dear,

I use Gmail to setup receiver, but it is not working. My config:

- Name: xyz@gmail.com
- Active: yes
- Connection options: IMAP - SSL - No-TLS - NO-Validate Cert - Debug
- Port (optional): 993
- Login: xyz@gmail.com
- Pass:

Then, i go to Actions tab to click "Get email tickets now"
-> error message:

" An error occured trying to connect to collector.
cannot connect to host; error = stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://imap.gmail.com:993 (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known) (errno = 0 )"

In Gmail setting, i already config:
- Enable IMAP
- Turn on "App access is less secure"

Please help me to check this error

Any MFA on Gmail, did you disable less security on gmail (ptth: //devanswers.co/allow-less-secure-apps-access-gmail-account/) , if ticket issue , verify, Home / setup /general / Allow anonymous ticket creation MUST BE YES

Since may 30 2022 you must use Apps password authentification in gmail account (need to setup) , Apps les apps is block now

Do you have the php-imap mod installed?
