I'm working on a GLPI implementation for the HR department in my company (+700 users total, divided among 5 different entities, HR being one)... They'll be ussing only the Assistance (tickets and documents) features of GLPI.
Specialists are required to follow checklists for task completion. Since GLPI doesn't have a checklist feature or plugin and the ticket Task item seems to be the only alternative I have, I've created task categories, each named after a procedure, with task templates as it's steps to follow in order to complete the procedure:
- Procedure 1.
- Step 1.
- Step 2.
- Step 3.
- Procedure 2.
- Step 1.
- Step 2.
...
And so on.
But when I want to create a task using a template, the templates lists show all tasks no matter what category I choose, which isn't what I need. Is there any way to limit the task template selection based on the category chosen by the user?
