Formcreator concanter an answer in the question

Is it possible to concatenate a question with another using formcreator?


For example, I have a question "WHO IS THE APPLICANT?" and another question "Email". It is possible for the user to answer the question by joining the username with Gmail.


ex: question 1: Lucas
question 2 :  lucas@gmail.com
