I still have this problem. The basis is that I want to enter a device into the system, such as a printer and the user who takes care of it and sends requests for its repair. I have a problem with this, if for example two users take care of the printer. I created two users on the system, added them to group 1, and assigned a printer to the group. However, when I log in to the system as one of the users and I want to enter the device to be serviced in the request selection, unfortunately no device is offered to me. I can't handle it anymore, I'm probably making a stupid mistake, but I'm not able to figure it out right now. I will be grateful for any advice or kicks.

There could be 2 different things here, both of which have to do with the profile assigned to those users.
In the profile on the Assistance tab, you will need to verify that Printers are able to be associated to tickets and also that "See hardware of my groups" is checked.
