Hoping that someone can help!
I have recently upgraded to 10 and started using the GLPI-Agent in place of FusionInventory-Agent and, since the upgrade, I am unable to see the software detail against the computer. Against the Software tab on the Computer screen I can see the number of pieces of software recorded, but I then get No Item Found in the detail.
Not sure if this is relevant, but all of the computer equipment is in a sub-entity called IT, off the root entity and is moved there via a rule that is fired on the tag.
Also if I log on as GLPI I can see all of the software as expected, so, is it possible that the software is still located in the root entity?

Indeed I have the same problem, the Glpi-Agent, apparently it is not able to send the programs with the rule to the entity you assign.
When you transfer them manually, the connection is lost, and if you run the Glpi-Agent again, the programs are duplicated again for the Root entity.
