Inline images are distorted

Hi,
We are on 9.5.6, and we see lots of inline images in followups that are resized, distorted, etc. For example, a followup email contains images in the signature and a screenshot in the message body. Within GLPI, the signature images (100x100) are resized to barely visible, but when you click that image (it's also attached to the ticket as a document) that same image is massively distorted (eg. 200x1000). Same with the screenshot.

We are also wondering why inline images (such as email signatures) are attached to the ticket separately *and* are retained inline. This really clutters a thread of followups when there is a row for each social media icon in the user signature. Any advice on adjustments or configuration changes would be truly appreciated.

You may want to test this at least on 9.5.7 which is the latest bug-fix version for 9.5. Also, version 10 is now released and has reworked a lot of things including rich-text input, documents, Ticket timeline, etc so I cannot say that it has the same issue for sure but I haven't noticed this kind of issue with it yet.
