Hi,
I have a problem since the upgrade to version 10. I had a rule applying to some tickets, assigning automatically technicians to them and then putting them in "New" state. After the upgrading, the tickets are kept in "processing" state, ignoring last command of the rule. I noticed that even tickets opened with a watcher or with an approval request get immediately the "processing" state. Is this a bug or a change in the application behaviour?

I wasn't able to recreate the issue on the latest 10.0 nightly version at the time so I think it could be resolved already.
Are you able to test the latest nightly v10 release?
