Change default Action - Answer Button - Ticket
Hello,
we`ve installed a testversion of GLPI v10 - is it possible to change the default action of
this "Answer" button on a ticket - to "Create a task" instead of "Add a solution" ?

The default action here should be to add a followup, not a solution. Are you using a different theme than the default Auror one? I think the color of the button just happens to be close to the color of the solution item (the icon matches a followup though and not a solution).
It is not possible to change the order of these actions at this time. The default action is always whatever is the first type of item that the user has permission to add in the list.
For example, if a user doesn't have permission to create followups, the default action should become adding a task.

Hello,
yes that's true - the default action if you hit "Answer" is a "Follow Up" - but we would like to have "Add a Task" as default action.
Since we are not working with follow ups i tried to take the rights from this profile - but if you hit answer it will still open a follow up window - the only
thing happens after submitting is - it's saying you are not allowed to add a follow up.
I only took the rights from follow ups - but tasks will also dissapear than.
Maybe it would by good if it could be like the old one - so theres no extra click for thy type of action.
