Change ticket type names

Hi there

Is there some way to change the ticket type name 'incident' to 'maintences issues'?

I mean, we're using a custom plugin by Stevenes Donato to get all tickets by group but the product owner would like to change type name to another one most appropriate to his operation.

I know that name is default for GLPI, but I wanna try to replace then if possible.
