Hi,
I have configured the alerts threshold, alerts , email alerts.
Inside Notifications > Notifications Template > Consumables , we have the type set to Consumable Model.
In Notifications tab we have it as Mode : Email
Email configuration should be set correctly as sending a test email to the administrator sends us an email.
We have created an Orders group that contains my user (which has the email field populated) and have added Consumables under the notifications tab.
We are not able to see any notifications/email alerts created when we adjust the consumables below the threshold amount

Is the consumable alert frequency configured in the entity that the consumables are in? The default is Never and these alerts are not immediately triggered.
This could be related to an issue we found with grouped notifications that had recipients related to individual items like "Technician in charge". This was fixed for some notifications in GLPI 10 but I don't remember if consumables were affected or fixed.
You could try changing the recipients for the Consumables notification (in the notification itself and not template) to specific users or groups as a test.

We have it configured to everyday , and below 10 threshold in the entities.
When I go to Automatic Actions, im able to execute it to have it run. But it doesnt not seem to run normally even when its scheduled to run daily.
Edit : it ran one time, im not able to get it to run even if i manually click execute anymore
I noticed that it only seems to be able to get the notification created once it goes below the threshold once for any consumable. If i increase it back over the threshold and it goes below, it wont trigger it.
