how to enable approval

Hello,

How can i enable approval field in tickets?

It was good before.

now it says to me :

    Not subject to approval

There is no field to manually change global approval anymore. You need to add one or more approvals in the same way you would add a followup or task.

I understand that I can't do the built-in tools. But did anyone transfer the history of tickets?
Maybe after switching the computers / devices to the new GLPI installation, it would be possible to migrate the tickets themselves with some SQL queries?
Anyone doing something like that?

I really care about the history of tickets ...
