Hi
Have yet to play with GLPI but pretty much only want it for the helpdesk side of things. Does it have the abaility to track time? and also have the option to have emails forwarded to it?

Technicians can put time spent for each task. There is also a plugin "Actual Time" that lets them start/stop a stopwatch to help track time better.

GLPI does have the ability to create tickets from emails and allows users to respond to emails and have their response added into the ticket.

Hello, ActualTime is great, but it seems they don’t allow a time tracking export of the entries, any idea?
