File request returns a 0B content

Hello, you all.

I send a request to the api to download a file, but as response I get a 200 OK without any content.

URL: http://***/apirest.php/document/4311?alt=media

The document actually exists and I can access it through the site.

Can anyone help me?

When I upload a file through the website, the request works too.

It just doesn't work when I uploaded the file through the api.
