Can't open glpi or acces the database

Hello Guys,

glpi was working fine today I tried to access the database but I had those errors

Warning: Packets out of order. Expected 0 received 1. Packet size=%Id in C:\xampp\htdocs\glpi\inc\dbmysql.class.php on line 185

Please help me out didn't know what to do.
