Hi ,
I want to move all my support mails to the glpi system but i cannot see the email address of the user who sents it in the ticket fields. It is able to see them from users that are in the system but users that do not have an account will be displayed as unknown and i cannot find the email address of the unknown users anywhere in the ticket....

I do not understand your question.
Sender of the email is the administrator email if user email is not set.

ok ill explain:
All our emails that come in to support@mycompany.ie are being imported into GLPI using the mail gateway.
Now for example timmy@somewhere.com sents me a email that his software is not working then i can see the information that its not working but i cannot see his email address so i can reply him back.

you need to activate email followups to see it.

Thanks MoYo ..! Its works....
Now my final question.............. how can I automated the mail retrieving part using cron to let it check for mails ever 5 minutes ??
I have to "demo" this product to the management this week and if i have a fully functioning system that they will go for then i will be sure that the company will donate to this project
(Edit: Where is the donate info ? no pay pall account set up ?)

To make donation :

For cron you juste have to do this : http://glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=8118
This would launch the cron action of GLPI.
Mail are retrieving ever 10 minutes to avoid load average.
But you could change it in editing cron.class.php if you want.
