It does not send the notifications via email to the users (GLPI 9.5.5), it only sends the email to the administrator, any solution to the problem? because it is really useful to be able to notify the user of the status of their ticket.
Was anyone able to fix it in any special way?

By default sends notifications to the requesters.
Check your notifications configuration (Setup>Notifications>Notifications>(notification action ex:Add followup))

La unica solucion fue cambiar la version del GLPI y funciono sin problema.
