Does not import all monitors

Hi.

GLPI 9.5.6
FusionInventory 9.5.0+1.0
Agent 2.6

Most monitors are imported and linked correctly. But I have faw computers But I have a few computers that fusioninventory says do not have a monitor
Has anyone had a similar problem and will suggest something?

sometime monitors manufacturers does wrong things ^^

The first thing you have to check is if there is a MONITORS XML node in the XML inventory. If yes, you can share it. The other thing is to list not linked monitors with its model and manufacturer.

I found this: https://github.com/fusioninventory/fusi … issues/672 where did you write about this XML but... I still can't find it :-P
Assets > Computers > problematic computer > Import information tab > and I don't have here "Download inventory file" link.

If I take html file from computer - there are no monitor node.

But this is not a problem with this monitor model - it links correctly on another computer.

I tried to reinstall the agent - no changes.

Powershell returns:

Manufacturer,Name,Serial
SAM,SycMastr,131471795

I have two monitors but the serial number is duplicated and also invalid.

Hi WebGreg,

you may also run from an admin console the followinf command:

C:\Program Files\FusionInventory-Agent\fusioninventory-inventory.bat >inventory.xml

Then edit the inventory.xml file and grab the XML MONITORS node.
