Please Help!! Issues after upgrade to 0.70

Hi All,

I have upgraded glpi from 0.68 to 0.70. My problem is after the login screen next screen is blank. I've deleted the config config_db.php and redone the upgrade again but still the same.

This is the url I get the blank page:

http://192.168.1.36/glpi/front/central.php

Also what's the default admin username and the password.

Any help much appriciated.

Have you try to remove browser cache and cookies?

for the user with administration right try glpi with pwd glpi ( if I remember correctly)

Hello,

same problem here. We have tried to upgrade from 0.6.8.3 to 0.70a
After update the login screen appears. After logon the screen shows /glpi/front/central.php
and the screen is blank. With glpi user same thing.
Does anybody can help?

Also tried to go back to the old version. I copied the glpi folder back and tried to logon.
There was a message that the database version isn´t compatibel to the version of glpi.

I have backuped the database sql file and xml file.
How can I restore database now???
Tryed search wiki and the forum, without success. Does anybody has a database restore procedure?

Hi,

the memory limit is 16M.
Any other ideas?

try to increase it to 32M minimum and restart apache
you have a warning on it on the update process

Hello,

i increased memory limit and restarted the server, but nothing changes.
I can´t login and only see a blank screen. :-(
Help me, we need our glpi!

How can I go back to old version, i have backup about glpi and databse before update?
Then I can try to go back and make a new try with the update.

Problem solved!..

I delete the folders of the plugins.
Now I can logon on and everything works normal.
