Search text in all followups

Hello

there is any way to search some ticket containing text in a followup.

when I do a search, the resuls shows only whet text is in the last followup

Hi carlosbmc, does it ?

If you talk about Item Seen filter, I would assume its only searching for words in the title and not the latest follow up.

By the way, I Agree 100% with you that there's should be a ways to search for something from anywhere in the follow up (initial ticket description/ follow up/solutions/task, etc)
