[Satisfaction] Use a service account to complete satisfaction survey

Hey there,

i'm currently trying to get a customized satisfaction survey based on the GLPI API.
The idea is to provide the GLPI notification to the author of the ticket with a link to this satisfaction survey.

As we don't want them to get connected to the GLPI portal i'm using service account with advanced rights to be able to complete the survey using the API update method.
It's working fine as long as the mentioned service account is the creator of the ticket.

The problem is that this service account is not generally related to the tickets created, and so, has no sufficient permission to update it (from the portal and API).

are there any options or specific configuration so that, an account which is not directly related to a ticket, can complete a satisfaction survey instead of the author of the ticket?
