After Upgrade 9.5 not run credentials for user glpi

After Upgrade from 9.2 to 9.5 we can't acces with user glpi or any user.
Always appear the message: Incorrect username or password Log in again
How reset the password for user glpi  or solve this issue...

Hi there,

many things possible:

- are you try to login with authentication "local" or "GLPI" (check your login page) ?
- did you check the log files for any issues ? Could you successfully attach your GLPI database ?
- did you reboot your server to see if this issue will occur again ?
