I have created a custom ticket template with a simplified interface. I have assigned it to a group of users.
The homepage of the user shows:
- Tickets and a number relating to it.
- Under tickets, it has the options - New, Processing, Solved, Closed etc.
My question is :
How do I edit this home page for users? I want to customise and select what has to be shown to end users?
