In Administration> Rules / Business rules for tickets:
I created a rule where:
Criteria: a ticket with a category (example: "categoryA")
Action: assign a solution template to the ticket (example: "solutionA").
When I change the category of a ticket to "categoryA"
The "solutionA" is added automatically and refused immediately (without intervention).
Is it a bug?
