Mailcollector: Add CC users as observer doesn't work

Strange things happened.
We use Google workspace (with personal domain).
Friday, mail collector stopped to receive mail.
After some test (and password reset) I added a new receiver to GLPI and removed the other.
Now, mail are colelcted and sent.

But, even if "Add CC users as observer" is off, every mail we receive, we have the receiver mail as Watcher .

Explain
we have a mail ICT@personaldomain.com
User mario (mario@personaldomain.com) send a request to ICT@.....

GLPI create a new ticket and add ICT@personaldomain.com as Watcher.
Before removing old receiver, everything works fine.

Ideas?

Can you check in Assistance --> Tickets --> Templates --> The template you use on that Entity (default if you didn't changed it) --> predefined fields , is that user added as an watcher?

Cause I changed my workplace, I can't do any further test. Sorry.
