Hello everyone.
I noticed something.
If user "A" opens a ticket and an autoresponder is set up on his email, when the ticket is closed, continuous ticket emails arrive as if it were going in a loop (in the sense that glpi sends emails to user "A" to close the ticket and the user's mailbox responds with the autoresponder message and so on, glpi sends closing emails etc. etc., in fact, every time I am forced to empty the email I use in glpi and delete the notification queue.
Is it normal for him to do this?
Or is there a way to bypass it?
