Le champ description a disparu des ticket après la maj vers 9.5.4

Bonjour,
le champ description a disparu après la mise à jour vers 9.4.2

le champ ne s'affiche plus dans les nouveaux tickets ou dans les gabarits

Meme pb, aucune description, l'objet est bien importé mais pas le corps du mail
test d'envoi en mode html, en mode Texte Brut, mais ça ne marche pas.
