Hello all!
Signing up for the forum because I can't find anything elsewhere that helps me. Tried Google, Reddit, other sources.
So lets get some of the basics out of the way:
Running on Ubuntu Server 18.04
GLPI Version: 9.5.3
CRON jobs are all working or at least firing off and showing as ran when they're supposed to.
I can log in, got LDAP working. Mail works. I can send test emails through the system.
Almost everything seems to be working as expected except one thing (so far).
So when mailgate runs (currently set to every minute), it goes into my gmail inbox and will remove the email. But nothing happens after that. The sender is not notified of anything and no ticket is created. I've went into notifications and made changes I could find there and still no tickets creating. I can manually create a ticket and it shows up but that's it. Email based tickets is what I need working.
Anyone have any steps I can take to get this seemingly last step finished? Any logs I can share that will assist with figuring this out? I've been working on this for about 10 days now.
Thanks!

Did you check the button "not imported emails" (or something else) ? What happened if you run the mailgate task in glpi manualy by yourself ? Are the emails imported by this way ? Could you successfully connect to your email provider ?

List of not imported emails is completely blank and running it manually still pulls the email from the inbox but still nothing shows up.

Well, not sure why it happened this way but it was an issue with gmail.
I created a mailbox on my exchange server and was able to get emails as tickets.
The receiver was able to pull the emails from the gmail account but provided an error saying invalid email address format or something similar. Not sure why because it was able to connect successfully but whatever.
