Hello everybody. I tried to search the forum but found nothing.
I wanted to ask you, sot using when you open a ticket and add an attached file (pdf, doc, etc.) via email only the ticket opening arrives but not the file attached to the email, is there a way to activate this function?

Please check the logfiles in glpi and your server. Which way do you import the emails (POP3 or IMAP4) ?

Is there an antivirus installed on your system which maybe could delete the attachements ?

I have no antivirus on the machine where glpi is installed. The problem, as I said, is that when they open tickets with an attachment, the email arrives that a ticket has been opened but if the user has also attached a file it does not arrive via email, only the ticket arrives, to see the attachment I enter GLPI and open the ticket. Is there a way to make the attachment arrive with the ticket?
