I do not want to have those entries in php-errors.txt file. It is bigger each day and with they is more and more difficult to find a problem, if someone exists.

Yes the string must be translated. You can be a translator of this plugin (we use transifex https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/GL … ge/es_ES/)

Before applying the workaround below, check if there is newer version of the plug-in Additional reports available for download.

For anyone that search for this message into Google and get into this post:

This message is displayed in the

<GLPI_ROOT>\files\_log\php-errors.log

log file when GLPI debug mode is active. This message is generated by the 'includeLocales()' function of the ''<GLPI_ROOT>/plugins/reports/inc/function.php'' file. This is only an informational message and displayed only when the debug mode (Debug) of GLPI is active and can be safely ignored. However, it makes it difficult to debug the ''php-error.log'' file when the GLPI debug mode is active, in addition to taking up disk space due to the additional messages recorded in this log file.

This message is displayed because the string from the message do not have translations in certain *.mo translation files.

Note that messages are displayed seven times for each string, indicating that the strings were not found in seven *.mo files. You can check which files DO NOT have the

statusertask_report_title

and

softversioninstallations_report_title

strings translated using the command:

When checking the contents of the corresponding *.po file (s) (for example, de_DE.po), the strings statusertask_report_title and softversioninstallations_report_title were not included in the file.

The workaround is to add the missing strings to the * .po file(s) with empty strings, so that GLPI uses the English version of the string(s):

If the message is being displayed in a translation file in which you have knowledge/fluency, it is preferable to contact the Additional plug-ins project owners so that you can be added to the Transifex translation page and can contribute by translating the plug-in's string (you can find the email address of those responsible in the "Members" section of the plug-in's home page). If you are not fluent in the language, you can also contact them via e-mail requesting that the missing string(s) be added to the translation file(s) so that the message does not generated in future versions of the plug-in.

You will need to regenerate the ''*.mo'' files after editing the ''*.po'' file (s) to reflect the changes:

cd /var/www/html/plugins/reports/locales

You will also need to disable and UNINSTALL the Additional reports plug-in to reload the translation files. Remember to document plug-in rights (go to Configure > Plugins > Additional reports > click on the gear icon) if you’ve changed your reporting defaults permissions.
