Re: Global search closed tickets

Global search is for active items so not solved tickets, not closed tickets, no deleted items.
It was the same think in 9.3.4

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

Re: Global search closed tickets

You need to create new Saved search with all tickets and setup as Default
Click Assistance - Tickets - in filter choose Charactetistics - Status is All  and click on star icon - to save current search. Now navigate to either top right corner, click on star icon, find newly created saved search and mark is as default with clicking on star icon near it. This way you changed your default search to All tickets, so global search will also find in all tickets.
