**Describe the bug**
In Notification queue some email are not being sent, Number of tries of sent is 0, even at same minute one mail will be sent, and other not. Verzion 9.4.4, using glpi since 2018, problem occured in last 6 days, there wasnt any changes to glpi or mail server. Error log set to full, no errors i mail-errors log. Windows server 2016.

**To reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Administration - Notification queue
2. There is almost 400 mails not sent and around 450 sent in last 6 days
**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
