Hide / Remove "Saved searches" in Entity , user or Profile

Hello

I want to remove all visible filters for a Entity/user/profile,  in order to the user can't see any filter containing pivate information from root entity for example usernames,  (like admin, root.. and others )

I have got remove all filters but the final user can see "Saved Searches" menu,  so he can access throught this meno to a lot of filters..

Is there any way to revome or hide acces to "Saved Searches" for a Entity/user or Profile???
