Hello.
With GLPI 9.4 I had the same problem. After running the SNMP fusioninventory task that targeted my switches at the Assets > Unamanaged device I saw many devices e.g. network printers. They are connected to the switch port.
Now I start discovery task targeted my printers. They are found and added to the appropriate tab in assets.
Next - SNMP. Retrieves information about printers but network port stay Not connected.
It seems that I have to manually delete the printer from unmanaged device, and restart the SNMP task for switches - the port will be assigned correctly. Is this how it should work, or am I doing something wrong? I assumed that when it recognized the device, it would merge it and delete from unmanaged.

I have the same problem with GLPI 10+ and funsioninventory 2.6 but I think it has to do with the rules issue.
