Assets only get added as "Unmanaged Devices"

When I run the discovery job, all discovered devices get added to the "Unmanaged Devices" tab.

I have tried changing the default rules to add devices with no defined type based on name, mac address, ip, etc. I tried this because I thought that, if the assets get discovered and sent to unmanaged devices, it's because they have no defined type when they are caught by the discovery job. Is this logic correct? Should I be doing something different?

This is the priority of my custom rules:

This is an example of the logic I used for editing rules. Criteria:

Is it a problem with the rules or am I missing someting? Thank you.

Re: Assets only get added as "Unmanaged Devices"

What devices?
Computers with agent - they will be import corectly.
Printers - FusionInventory needs to read information from this device - you need to set SNMP correctly.
If you read switches via SNMP - all devices from ports will be read - if e.g. there is a printer without SNMP set - it will be added as an unmanaged device.
