Sorry for my english in advance
After update our GLPI from version 9.4.2 to 9.5.0 tickets who is created via EMail doesn't have special characters.
Instead of 'ż' 'ź' 'ć' we have ¿¼æ± ... and others
Some informations:
* EMails are sended in ISO-8859-2 format;
* Server is Exchange and collector works in IMAP protocol(on POP we have the same problem);
* If we create ticket via forms or www - evertything is good
* Email send as HTML, Plain text, Rich text - doesn't matter - the problem exist.
Any idea how to solve the problem?
I was looking for an answer but i have not found any information.
GLPI 9.5.0, TARBALL
Windows 10 / PHP 7.3.5 / IIS 10.0/ MySQL 5.6.43
