new marketplace plugin screen shows no feedback

when having older plugins present in the plugin directory there is a difference in feedback

The old plugin screen shows feedback: "This plugin requires GLPI >= 9.4."

the new marketplace manager shows no feedback but shows the uninstall and enable button
