Emails deleting from Mailbox by MailColletor when ticket is created.

Hi All
I'm using a Gmail INBOX and I would like to keep all my received emails into my Mailbox even when the ticket is created by GLPI.

When the mail collector runs the emails is being deleted from mailbox. Ticket has been created with sucesss. Any suggestion to adjust it ?

manage it  mailserver side :
set gmail parameters to copy each mail in a dedicated folder

Thanks for you prompt reply. I will check the settings into my Gmail account page.  In IMAP Options section probably, preventing from remove emails..

Here was my solution that solved my case by setting the SMTP server side.

You could also deal with it on GLPI side.
You have the ability to tell the mail collector to move the mail into a specific folder of the mailbox when the ticket is created or to another folder when the ticket is not created (for some reason).

I always create a "Import success" and an "Import Failed" sub-folders in the mailbox and request GLPI to use those folders.

I´ve done this, after that i went to "Automatic actions -> mailgate" and made that it grabs all mails every minute.
Since then it just deletes them again. Is there something I have to change again that it moves them? Is there another setting I have to change?

Nevermind...... we are testing a few systems... and i forgot to turn off the old Email connection, so it was first come first serve who gets the mail.

I have same problem does any one know can we move back our mails , how does it remove i have used imap for this not pop
