Private followups by default

GLPI version 9.4.5
PHP version 7.4.7
MySQL 5.7.30
Apache version 2.4.29

Setup ---> General ---> Default Values ---> Assistance

I have selected "Private followups by default" = "No".

When I go to a follow up on a new ticket the default value is for private followups to be "yes".

This setting just doesn't work, the default value is for all followups to be private, there seems to be no way of changing the default value.

Check your personnal setting.

By  default new users have default settings  until they change it in their personnal settings.

Changing default values  son T reset individual settings
