double and deleted entries in 0.7

Hello,

i have one double entry in my GLPI 0.7, but why? In OCS i have the
"Duplicate"-Button, but in GLPI?? What can i do? Is there a way, to
automatically delete/merge double entries?

Then i have a Computer in OCS, but not in GLPI. I have delete the
entry from glpi some days ago, and i hope, GLPI take automatically
the entry from ocs again, but it doesn't?

Why we cannot give you an answer without additional informations about your configuration and the imports you done.
If GLPI and OCS are well configured duplicates in GLPI will never appear.

Then i have a Computer in OCS, but not in GLPI. I have delete the
entry from glpi some days ago, and i hope, GLPI take automatically
the entry from ocs again, but it doesn't?

GLPI does but I think you delete computer withour purging it.

OK, sorry, my englisch is not really good yet and I have problems to write in english what I think

GLPI does but I think you delete computer withour purging it.

Whats the different from "just delete" and purging? Yes, i just delete the entry. What can i do now?

you can purge items seeing deleted items.
to see them use the trash in the search form.

What does that mean? I search in GLPI for "MARS", the name of the computer, but he found nothing?

Status menu, search MARS, select 'purge'

or

Select 'yes' from dropdown menu that has the garbage/trash can next to it, search MARS, view item, select 'purge'

should both accomplish the same thing

Hmm, i search for "MARS" but found nothing. Until now, I have only 11 PC's in GLPI (12 in OCS), so I would see the entry of the old computer?! No idea whats wrong

Let the search editbox blank. At the left from the picture with trash and glasses is little ComboBox. Select "Yes" from it, and klick to "Search" A deleted but not purged items appears on the screen.

Yes, now I have found the Menü and purge the old computer. Now i can import him again. Thanx very very much!
