Field Modifications and Initialize ticket counter

Hi there,

I´m new using GLPi and i want to know, how i can do to modify the fields in the ticket section to add a new textbox with menu? and how i can do to initialize to cero the ticket counter?

I did install Mariadb..im thinking to install mysql workbench to database management..it is correct?
